OUR MISSION
Our mission is to foster positive and collaborative relationships with investors in Hillside Farms to further architectural diversity in the neighborhood. We aim to preserve the character and charm of the area by encouraging investors to follow the timeless and sophisticated designs that make Haddonfield special.
WHAT
WE
ARE
The Hillside Farms Character Preservation Society was born out of a love for the architecture and exterior design in Haddonfield.
We are a group of neighbors that want to see elevated exterior design for every new investor built or renovated home in Hillside Farms.
We provide free exterior design consultations and analysis to investors, or interested home owners, on homes being built or renovated in Hillside Farms.

AREN'T
We are not an HOA or historical society.
We do not want to limit redevelopment or what owners can do to their own homes, but they are welcome to reach out for the same complimentary design.
We are not affiliated with any investors, developers, architects or builders.
